نحترم خصوصيتك. توضح هذه السياسة المعلومات التي يجمعها تطبيق «هبطة» (Habta) وموقعه الإلكتروني وكيف نستخدمها. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.
المعلومات التي تقدمها لنا: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، صورة الحساب، محتوى الإعلانات التي تنشرها (نصوص وصور وفيديو وعنوان)، والرسائل التي ترسلها داخل المحادثات مع المستخدمين الآخرين.
الموقع: نستخدم موقعك الجغرافي بإذنك لعرض الإعلانات القريبة منك وتحديد موقع إعلانك.
معلومات تُجمع تلقائياً: معرّف الجهاز (مثل معرّف الإعلانات)، ونوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل، وطريقة تفاعلك مع التطبيق (مثل فتح التطبيق وتصفح الإعلانات).
لتشغيل التطبيق وإنشاء حسابك، وعرض إعلانك للمستخدمين، وتمكين المحادثة بين المستخدمين، وإرسال الإشعارات، ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام، وتحسين الخدمة، وقياس فعالية الحملات الإعلانية والتسويقية.
نستعين بمزودي خدمات قد يعالجون بياناتك وفق سياساتهم:
على أجهزة iPhone نطلب إذنك قبل تتبع نشاطك عبر التطبيقات والمواقع (App Tracking Transparency)، ويمكنك رفضه أو تغييره في أي وقت من إعدادات الجهاز: الخصوصية ثم التتبع.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. ما تنشره في إعلانك (الصور والوصف والموقع التقريبي ووسيلة التواصل التي تختارها) يكون ظاهراً للمستخدمين الآخرين. ونشارك البيانات مع مزودي الخدمات المذكورين أعلاه بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة، أو إذا طلبت جهة قانونية مختصة ذلك.
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطاً. يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك من داخل التطبيق (الملف الشخصي ثم حذف الحساب)، أو بمراسلتنا على البريد أدناه.
نتخذ إجراءات تقنية معقولة لحماية بياناتك، لكن لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكتروني آمنة بالكامل.
التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنعرض تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاها.

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information the Habta app and website collect and how we use it. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, profile photo, the content of ads you post (text, photos, video, address) and messages you send in chats with other users.
Location: with your permission, we use your location to show nearby listings and set your listing's location.
Collected automatically: device identifiers (such as advertising identifier), device type and OS, and how you interact with the app (for example, app opens and browsing listings).
To run the app and your account, show your listings, enable chat, send notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the service, and measure the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns.
On iPhone we ask for your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). You can decline or change this at any time in Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
We do not sell your personal data. What you publish in a listing (photos, description, approximate location and the contact method you choose) is visible to other users. We share data with the service providers above as needed to operate the service, or when required by law.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and data inside the app (Profile, then Delete Account), or by emailing us.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; the last-updated date appears at the top.
